Our England/Ireland Adventure is a customized discovery holiday that explores some
of Britain's landmark villages, historic Roman sites, scenic seaports and
rugged seacoasts,Open Air Museums, the majestic rolling Yorkshire Dales countryside,
the classic Northumbrian seacoast by Seahouses and the Romantic Lakes, fabled land of Wordsworth, Ruskin and Beatrix Potter.For the second portion of the trip, we travel by highspeed ferry from Liverpool to Dublin.The Emerald Isle, Leprechaun Land, Crystal, Guinness Stout and Celtic
Colors are all expressions coming to mind when "Ireland" enters the conversation. And they all
become reality during our Ireland Discovery Adventure. Our trip is a holiday sampler of rolling hills, waterfalls, scenic vistas, historic castles & cathedrals, monastic sites, glorious gardens, distilleries, and traditional Irish villages; all blended with the music, beverage, food and lifestyles of the Irish people. Here we enter the bustling Irish city life of music, history, shopping, architecture and more. We then venture out into the Celtic world of the Emerald shaded countryside, monolithic sites, spectacular scenery, and classic villages of unrivalled beauty. A quality, representative excursion featuring British history and Irish culture, together in the same time frame. The design of this special interest adventure tour provides an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the landscape both motoring and on foot, to meet the people in their villages and to sample the customs of two island nations diverse regions. The trip is truly a holiday sampler of famous city scapes, scenic villages and fishing seaports, natural attractions, national parks and world heritage sites blended with the lifestyles, traditions and crafts of the English and Irish. We will sample, as well, the beverage, food and hospitality in the villages where our acquaintenances reside. This customized holiday with friends is a 14 day and 13 nights guided excursion that includes a blend of regional events, visits to renowned heritage sites, scenic attractions, classic cities for Victorian shopping. Our itinerary will provides us 2 nights in the quaint village of Alnwick,"World of Harry Potter", 2 nights in historic Corbridge near Hadrian's Wall, 2 nights in Kendal of the romantic Lakes District, the highspeed ferry to Dublin with 2 nights in the city, 2 nights near Galway and finally 3 nights in Killarney. |

Ring of KerryPerhaps southwest Ireland's most celebrated peninsula, the Ring of Kerry drive offers majestic seacoast views, picture perfect villages, the Derrynane Estate and Gardens, Valentia Island, Kells Bay and emerald green fields patchwork quilted by stone walls. Lodging on all of our tours is selected from a range of high quality,
comfortable B & Bs, country manors, small family run hotels, specialty castles,
hunting lodges and when necessary for convenience, a western style hotel.
We stay most of the tour, either two or three nights in the same place for comfort and
relaxation. Travel time and mileage occasionally may require a one night stay.
